Returns & Quality Assurance

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before installation, alteration, or use.

To be eligible for review:

• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
• Items must be in original condition
• Clear photo and/or video documentation is required
• Claims must be submitted prior to installation

If a claim is approved, we offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.
